The hotel is in a convenient location, close to everything and very near to the central train station. The rooms lacked cleanliness as the floors seemed to have never seen a vacuum, and the dishes in the cupboards were still wet. However, the hotel is situated down the street from the Melbourne convention center. The price was decent, but the photos on booking did not match the actual room conditions.
Being on the 54th floor, the hotel offers breathtaking views that make you feel at home, but unfortunately, the cleanliness standards were lacking with dirty floors and wet dishes in cupboards. On the 24th floor, the situation improved with better maintenance.
